Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with current clients
  • Conduct cold calls to potential leads
  • Close lead generations
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Stay up to date with publications pertaining to market conditions and business trends
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and budgets
  • Monitor and report monthly sales metrics
  • Collaborate with the technical team on new target markets
  • Create monthly activity reports outlining progress against key metrics
  • Increase sales toward the agreed and projected goal
  • Understand Client requirements and fulfill with Technical Team assistance.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Ability to translate technology topics into “business speak” to be understood by executives.
  • Assist in Pre-Sale meeting and discussion
  • Sale minded, attention to details and Innovative thinking
  • Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of IT audit engagements.
  • Organized the documentation of findings and recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders and levels
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Very effective organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple leads at once and meet deadlines

Sales Manager Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience required
  • Quota-carrying sales experience required
  • IT software sales experience required
  • 1 + year of cold calling
  • CRM experience required (or suggest preferred CRM)
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience required
